Choose your preferred date, time window, and site access details. Get an instant guide price on-screen before you confirm.What you WON'T have to do: Call a hotline and wait on hold. Step 2 â We Assign the Right Technician
Our platform matches your job to the most appropriate verified technician based on trade skill, territory, and availability. You receive a confirmation with: the technician's name and photo, their relevant certifications, their BIIG HANDS rating and number of jobs completed, and their estimated arrival window (not a vague 'morning or afternoon').
All BIIG HANDS technicians are: background-verified, uniformed, fully insured under public liability cover, and WSH-trained.
Step 3 â The Job Is Done Right

Step 4 â Your Digital Report & Invoice
Within 24 hours of job completion, you receive via email and your client portal: a PDF job report with before/after photos, materials used, and technician notes; a digital invoice ready for your accounts team; and a CSAT survey link (30 seconds â your feedback shapes our service).
Step 5 â Rate Your Experience
Every completed job can be rated. Poor ratings trigger an immediate internal review. We do not delete negative reviews from our system. We learn from them and respond to them.
Our Transparency Guarantee
If your technician quotes one price and charges another without your prior written approval, we will refund the difference and investigate the technician. No questions asked from your side.
