Works requiring a Licensed Electrical Worker (DB panel, concealed wiring) — we will tell you and refer you
Works requiring a Licensed Plumber (main pipe replacement, concealed pipes) — same
Any scope change discovered on-site — we quote and get your written approval first
7-Day Workmanship Warranty
If any work performed by a BIIG HANDS technician fails within 7 days due to workmanship (not external damage), we return and rectify at no charge. This is unconditional.
