BiiG Hands: PDPA Compliance Statement

At BiiG Hands, we take our responsibilities under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) seriously. We are committed to protecting the personal data of our business clients, service personnel, and partners.

This statement summarizes how we manage your personal data in accordance with the 11 Data Protection Obligations of the PDPA.

2. How We Handle Your Data

  • Consent: We only collect your data with your express or deemed consent, unless an exception under the PDPA applies.

  • Purpose: Your data is used strictly for providing our facilities maintenance services, account management, and legal compliance.

  • Disclosure: We only share your data with authorized third-party service providers (data intermediaries) and relevant service personnel to complete your requested tasks.

  • Overseas Transfer: If data is transferred outside of Singapore, we ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

3. Your Rights

As an individual, you have specific rights under the PDPA:

  • Access & Correction: You may request to see what data we hold about you and ask for corrections if it is inaccurate.

  • Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to use your data at any time (subject to contractual or legal impacts).

  • Do Not Call (DNC): We respect the DNC Registry. We will not send marketing messages to your Singapore telephone number unless you have given us clear consent.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access or leaks. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill business or legal purposes, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
