Terms and Conditions - Mold Elimination & Treatment Service


1. Service Scope

1.1 The service includes mold inspection, elimination, treatment, and preventive measures for residential or commercial properties in Singapore, and regionally. 

1.2 The service does not cover structural repairs, plumbing leaks, or underlying moisture issues unless explicitly agreed upon in writing with agreed charges. 


2. Warranty Period

2.1 A **6-month warranty** is provided for mold recurrence due to workmanship or material defects where recommended mold preventive measures are adequately adopted by clients as advised.

2.2 The warranty is void if: 

- The client fails to follow post-treatment care instructions. 

- New water damage or moisture issues arise after treatment due to other external factors. 

- Unauthorized modifications or cleaning agents are used on treated areas. 


3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Provide clear access to affected areas before service. 

3.2 Ensure proper ventilation and disclose any known moisture or leakage issues. 

3.3 Follow recommended post-treatment maintenance (e.g., controlling humidity levels). 


4. Payment Terms

4.1 Full payment upon confirmation and booking of service, either online/offline service booking. 

4.2 Additional charges may apply for extra work beyond the initial assessment to be agreed with client before such works are carried out (where required). 


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The service provider is not liable for: 

- Mold recurrence due to external factors (e.g., new leaks, flooding). 

- Pre-existing structural damage unrelated to mold treatment. 

- Health issues arising from untreated mold outside the serviced area or pre-existing health conditions of client. 


6. Governing Law 

6.1 This agreement is governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or Singapore courts. 


7. Acceptance of Terms 

By engaging the service, the client agrees to these terms.
