Yes. Evening slots (7pm–10pm) and weekend bookings are available at a surcharge of 25% and 50% respectively. We tell you the rate when you book — it's on our pricing page. No surprises.

No. BIIG HANDS is a B2B-only service. This is not a limitation — it's a specialisation. We are optimised for commercial clients and we are not the right fit for home repairs.

We will tell you. BIIG HANDS technicians are qualified for minor works. If your job requires a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) or Licensed Plumber under Singapore regulations, we will inform you upfront and, if you wish, connect you with an accredited partner. We do not attempt regulated works without the correct licence.

Yes. BIIG HANDS carries S$2,000,000 public liability insurance per occurrence. All technicians are covered. You can request a copy of the insurance certificate before any job. We will provide it.

Yes, where availability allows. Within a retainer contract, we assign a primary technician to your account for continuity. For ad hoc bookings, you can request a preferred technician via your client portal.

We have a 7-day workmanship warranty. If a defect is due to our workmanship (not subsequent damage), we return and fix it at no charge. Unconditionally. If you are dissatisfied beyond a warranty issue, contact us directly — we do not make you fight through a ticket system.

Yes. Every job generates a digital invoice (PDF) with your company name, UEN, job description, materials breakdown, and GST where applicable. Invoices are issued within 24 hours of job completion and are accessible via your client portal indefinitely.

Every technician profile on our platform shows their verified certifications (WSH, trade qualifications, and any BCA or EMA credentials). You can view these before booking. We do not assign technicians to trades they are not qualified for.

A monthly or annual maintenance contract where you pay a fixed fee covering a set number of labour hours per month, scheduled visits, a monthly condition report, and priority response. Designed for businesses that have recurring maintenance needs and want predictable costs and one point of accountability.

Yes, BIIG HANDS operates as a franchise network across 7 Singapore zones. All franchisees are trained to the same standard, use the same CRM platform, follow the same job protocols, and are bound by the same quality standards. If you work with BIIG HANDS in one zone and move to another, your experience will be the same.
